Results of DRAGON will be presented at the upcoming Radio Frequency Integrated Circuits Symposium (IEEE-RFIC) to be held in in Washington, DC (USA) from 16-18 June 2024.
A paper titled “Single material multilayer radome for D band application110 – 170 GHz 25% Duty-cycle Gilbert-cell Frequency Doubler with 6.5 dBm Peak Output Power in BiCMOS 55 nm Technology”, authored by Lorenzo Piotto, Guglielmo De Filippi, Andrea Mazzanti will be presented.
